Purpose

 

These terms of use govern access to and use of the strackle.com website (hereinafter "the Site"), published by Strackle. By accessing the Site, the user unreservedly accepts these terms. They apply to the use of the showcase Site; access to and use of the Strackle platform are subject to separate contractual terms concluded with each client.

 

Access to the Site

 

The Site is accessible free of charge to any user with Internet access. Access-related costs (equipment, connection) are the user's responsibility. Strackle strives to ensure the Site's availability but cannot be held liable for interruptions, in particular for maintenance, updates or events of force majeure.

 

Use of the Site

 

The user undertakes to use the Site appropriately and not to:

  • impair the functioning, security or integrity of the Site;

  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data;

  • use the Site for unlawful purposes or purposes contrary to public order;

  • reproduce or exploit the Site's content in breach of Strackle's intellectual property rights.

All content on the Site (the STRACKLE trademark, logo, texts, illustrations, structure) is protected by intellectual property law and remains the exclusive property of Strackle. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited, in accordance with the Site's legal notice.

 

Liability

 

The information presented on the Site is provided for information purposes only and has no contractual value. Strackle does not guarantee its completeness or accuracy and cannot be held liable for any use made of it. The Site may contain links to third-party sites, over whose content Strackle has no control and for which it accepts no responsibility.

The processing of personal data and the use of cookies are described in the Site's Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

 

Amendment of the terms

 

Strackle reserves the right to amend these terms of use at any time. The applicable version is the one in force at the time of access to the Site.

 

Governing law and disputes

 

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing amicable resolution, the competent courts of Lyon (France) shall have sole jurisdiction.
