Introduction
Strackle places particular importance on protecting the personal data of its users and clients.
This policy describes how your data is collected, used and protected when you browse the strackle.com website, use our services or contact us.
It complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – Regulation EU 2016/679) and French Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended, known as the "Data Protection Act" (loi Informatique et Libertés).

The data controller is Strackle, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with share capital of €15,500, registered under number 930 725 197, with its registered office at 62 avenue des Frères Montgolfier, 69740 Genas, France.

Data we collect
We collect the data you provide directly and the data generated when you use the site:
Identification and contact data — surname, first name, company, email address, telephone number, notably via our contact forms.
Data relating to your request — the content of the messages you send us.
Browsing data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, via cookies and audience measurement tools (see our Cookie Policy).
Client account data
Upon subscription, we collect the data necessary to create and manage the client organization's account (contact identity, contact details, billing information).
The data entered by the client and its users in the course of using the platform is processed by Strackle as a processor, on behalf of the client acting as data controller, under the terms defined in a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
Purposes and legal bases for processing
Your data is processed for the following purposes:
Responding to your contact and information requests — legal basis: your consent and/or the legitimate interest in responding to a request.
Managing the commercial and pre-contractual relationship — legal basis: the performance of pre-contractual measures or of the contract.
Improving and securing the site — legal basis: our legitimate interest.
Measuring site audience — legal basis: your consent (via cookies).
Complying with our legal and accounting obligations — legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation.
Data recipients
Your data is intended solely for the authorized departments of Strackle. It is neither sold, transferred, nor rented to third parties.
It may be shared with our technical subprocessors (hosting provider, form management tool, audience measurement solution) acting on our behalf and offering guarantees of GDPR compliance (Wix, Google Analytics).
Some of our providers may be located outside the European Union. In such cases, transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards (the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an equivalent mechanism).
Retention period
Your data is kept for no longer than is necessary for the purposes pursued:
Prospect / contact request data: 3 years from the last contact.
Client data: for the duration of the contractual relationship, then archived in accordance with legal time limits (notably accounting and tax obligations).

Your rights
In accordance with the regulation, you have the following rights over your data: the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, portability, as well as the right to define guidelines concerning the fate of your data after your death.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL – www.cnil.fr) if you consider that the processing of your data does not comply with the regulation.
Security
Strackle implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against any loss, unauthorized access, alteration or disclosure.
Amendment of this policy
This policy may be updated at any time to reflect legal developments or changes to our services. The applicable version is the one in force at the time of your visit.
